We are a fast-growing accounting firm based in Keysborough, Victoria, seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives that drive brand growth, client engagement, and business development.

As our Marketing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering strategic marketing plans across digital and traditional channels. You'll oversee our brand presence, manage digital performance, and collaborate closely with Partners and internal teams to promote our services and strengthen client relationships.

We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is passionate about using marketing to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and client engagement across SEO, EDM, social media, website, and direct marketing channels.
  • Create and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives and service priorities.
  • Manage, track, and optimise campaign budgets based on performance metrics and ROI.

Digital Marketing & Brand Management

  • Oversee website content, SEO performance, and digital analytics to drive visibility and lead generation.
  • Manage social media channels (particularly LinkedIn) to build brand awareness and community engagement.
  • Coordinate with and manage external agencies for branding, website, email, and digital execution.
  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing materials and communications.

Business Development Support

  • Support business development through marketing collateral, client communications, and targeted campaigns.
  • Plan and coordinate client events, webinars, and networking activities to promote services and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with Partners and Directors on campaigns that attract new clients and strengthen existing relationships.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing priorities with business objectives and support overall growth.
  • Provide regular marketing performance reports, analysing campaign outcomes and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with service teams to develop case studies, client success stories, and sector-specific campaigns.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Manage internal communications to strengthen company culture and employee engagement.
  • Identify industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant marketing, advertising, and privacy regulations.
