About Us:
Our client is a leading provider of innovative educational technology solutions for schools and educators, and we are seeking an Inbound Sales Representative with a strong background in IT to join the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responding to inbound sales inquiries and providing product information
- Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
- Managing and nurturing relationships with existing customers
- Achieving monthly sales targets and objectives
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborating with the marketing team to support lead generation efforts
- Continuously updating knowledge of industry trends and product developments

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the education or technology industry
- Strong IT background and understanding of educational technology solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
