**About the position...**

The HR Administrator will work closely with the Recruitment Operations team, providing excellent customer service to the organisation on all things HR related.

**The responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)**:

- ** End to end new starter onboarding and setup in payroll system (Chris21)**:

- ** Completing pre-employment verifications such as Police Checks, Working with Children Checks, Visa’s etc.**:

- ** Creation of Security and Name badges**:

- ** Triaging and responding to HR queries in busy HR inbox**:

- ** General office administration duties (mail sorting, filing etc.)**:

- ** Actively support the Recruitment Operations team and the broader HR Shared Services department**:

- ** Participate in HR projects and other business initiatives**
- ** Ability to work in a fast paced environment**:

- ** Excellent customer service skills and experience**:

- ** Well-developed communication skills**:

- ** Strong eye for detail**:

- ** Competent computer skills**:

- ** Ability to use initiative and work autonomously**:
