We are seeking a Governance and Compliance Manager to be part of the IMCT Leadership team to lead a team of professionals. The position is responsible for:
- **
Finance and Asset Management **- overseeing the reporting and governance of IMCT budgeting, cost controls, asset management, contractor reporting and asset management planning
- **
Procurement** - Leading RFX processes in procurement from inception to delivery and report against progress. Experience developing business cases and licensing agreements highly regarded
- **
PMO **- Ensuring IMCT projects are reported accurately against scope, time, cost, and quality. Leads the Demand Management forum to ensure resources are managed efficiently. Facilitates Project Controls Group (PCG) Meetings
- **
Audit and Compliance **- Lead coordination of audits and compliance work as required and ensuring remediation is carried out
- **
Risk Management** - Facilitating IT risk activities
- **
Governance** **and Assurance -** Establish and monitor processes for IMCT framework, service catalogue, data governance framework, IMCT policies and documentations. Ensuring IMCT solution technology, operational processes and documentation are transitioned to ongoing operational management.

Benchmarking and Continuous Improvement** - Actively seek to improve the business
