**Your role in our future.**

We are seeking a Service Analyst with experience in ServiceNow administration experience to be part of the IMCT Governance team to support implementation changes to ServiceNow and be part of the continuous improvement program for ServiceNow processed and other IT solutions. The position is responsible for
- Enhancing ServiceNow to enable IMCT to improve service delivery efficiency to our user community.
- Developing reports and data extract from Service Now to support operational performance management.
- Establish and monitor processes to improve data quality and ensure data currency.
- Align ServiceNow configuration and usage with good practice and our precinct partners.
- Instigating and maintaining processes to ensure that Service Now remains the trusted point of truth for all ICT assets;
- Promote ServiceNow usage across IMCT.
- Instigating and maintaining processes to ensure that Service Now remains the point of truth for all ICT assets;
- Ensuring IMCT solution technology, operational processes and documentation are transitioned to ongoing operational management.
