**About the role at Shape**

As the Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be joining SHAPE’s vibrant finance team, assisting in the day to day outward payments for the SHAPE Group.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Payroll Administration - Accurately process employee payroll, calculate payments, and resolve discrepancies while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
- Accounts Payable and Receivable Management - Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable, issue invoices and undertake reconciliations

**Strengths**
- Problem solving - Identifies problems and develops logical solutions that address the problems
- Attention to detail - Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables
- Critical thinking - Identifies and synthesizes patterns and trends amongst various sources of information to reach a meaningful conclusion, perspective or insight

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per hour
