**“STUDYNET”** is an International student placement organisation based on Sydney CBD. We are specialised in detailed counselling, settlement services, and professional learning guidance to international students studying in Australia. we currently have offices in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane as well as three overseas branches in Malaysia and Bangladesh.

**About the role**
Currently we are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer full-time basis to work with our Sydney headquarter professional team. The applicant will require proven and extensive experience in managing accounts payable within a busy office environment.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- The accurate and timely processing of all supplier invoices, ensuring payment terms are met, and the dispatch of remittances.
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts and resolution of issues
- Liaise with suppliers regarding any Accounts Payable queries
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- General ledger reconciliation
- Assist with various reports with strict due date
- Other duties as requested to support the finance team
- Xero certified, with extensive Xero experience

**Essential Criteria**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business or Accounting,
- At least 1-year Australian work experience in similar role
- Sound experiences in accounting and administration processes
- Advanced computer skills in Outlook, Word, excel.
- Previous experience in educational industry is highly desired
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
- Ability to work independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
