My Client is a leading Australian University based in North Sydney, minutes walk from the station.

**Duties**:

- Processing of accounts payable invoices and transactions. Checking of correct documentation and authorisation by delegated authorities.
- Entering transactions in the ERP - TechnologyOne.
- Ensure GST and FBT is dealt with in accordance with statutory declarations
- Staff reimbursements
- Liaison for University staff and suppliers od payment queries. Reconciliation of creditor statements and ;liaison with suppliers to resolve any issues
- General journal adjustments for correction of previously processed transactions
- Issuance and administration of official purchase orders and recording of orders
- Minimum three years experience working in Accounts payable
- A strong command if MS Excel inc. use of pivot tables and V-lookups
- High attention not detail
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
