An exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive finance professional to join a dynamic finance team. You'll be responsible for managing accounts payable across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring financial processes run smoothly and efficiently while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

THE ROLE
- Process daily invoices and manual entries through the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Facilitate approvals and support purchase order creation and receipting
- Execute weekly and monthly payment runs in accordance with company timelines
- Perform regular reconciliations of accounts payable against supplier statements
- Review, verify, and process employee expense claims
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to the purchase order process
- Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
- Respond professionally and promptly to queries regarding accounts payable
THE PERSON
- 2-3 years' experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role, or a recently qualified accounting graduate
- Relevant qualification in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate or above)
- Experience with ERP systems is desirable
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, organised, and able to manage competing priorities
- High level of integrity and ethical business practices
- Flexible, adaptable, and a collaborative team player
