Procare Claims & Risk are now looking for a motivated and experienced
**Accounts Payable Administrator** to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

**Day to day duties in your new role**:

- Completing weekly payment runs
- Weekly/monthly reconciliation tasks
- Making relevant queries on payments or accounts with both internal and external parties
- Claim lodgement and associated data entry
- Managing incoming claims correspondence and telephone enquiries
- Other ad hoc tasks as required.

**Ideal attributes you will have should include**:

- Demonstrated accounts & administration experience required;
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving;
- Mature-minded and ability to work independently;
- Team attitude & positive approach;
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
- An ability to accept and drive accountability for yourself;
- Demonstrated skills in working with and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
