**About the Role**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic and confident Office / Warehouse Administrator to join the team. As the first point of contact, you will manage the front desk and the warehouse, ensuring that each day runs smoothly and efficiently. This flexible role is offered on a full-time basis, or part-time across five days.
**Duties**
- First point of contact for all visitors to the office and warehouse
- Co-ordinate pickups and deliveries from customers and transport company
- Order stationery and general office supplies
- Process Purchase Orders, Stock Transfers and job dockets as required
- Warehouse stock take
- Manual handling of products in the warehouse
**Skills & Experience**
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Outstanding time management and organisation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and use initiative under limited supervision
- Intermediate MS Office skills
