**Your new company**
Your new company is a Australian owned organisation who specialise in designing, engineering and integrating technology systems to the Defence industry. They are seeking a full time Office Administrator to provide support to the business on a Full Time basis.
**Your new role**
Your new role as Administration Assistant will be to provide support to the wider team. This new opportunity is a blended role which incorporates elements of Reception, Admin and Finance Administration and offers a diverse range of responsibilities
You will be responsible for and includes duties not limited to:
- Welcoming guests into the office
- Answering phone calls promptly and professionally
- Coordinate conference/ meeting rooms and assist with catering requirements
- Data Entry & maintenance
- Process supplier invoices
- Maintain office supplies
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- liaise with travel agents and facilitate changes
- Assist with training coordination
- Facility maintenance
**What you'll need to succeed**
This is a great opportunity for someone without previous office administration experience. In order to succeed in this role, you will need to following experience and skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft suite: Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Previous experience with SharePoint highly regarded
- Exceptional communication skills
- Effective problem solving abilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to adapt and multitask
Please Note: Must be Australian Citizen to be considered for this position. Must have or be willing to obtain a NV1 Security Clearance
