An exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to work for a national Construction company

**Your new company**
Our client offers diversified services across the Construction industry on a national scale. Offering services in deconstruction and demolition, civil engineering and construction, landscaping and external works, resource recovery and waste management, asbestos removal and disposal, site remediation, rehabilitation and revegetation, and heavy plant rental this company is the biggest of their kind. They are looking for an experienced administrator to join their team on a permanent, full time capacity.

**Your new role**
You will have numerous duties and responsibilities as the office administrator. These will include, however not be limited to;
- Raising and approving Purchase Orders
- Meet and greet clients
- Coordination of deliveries to office & warehouse and check off
- Minute taking in monthly meetings
- Management of State Manager’s calendar event invites
- Assist office team with adhoc requests (from Senior Estimator/PMs)

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be successful in this role, you must have prior experience in the Construction industry (civil desirable, however not required). You will have experience as an office administrator and have exceptional time management abilities. You will be an exceptional communicator and have the ability to communicate with those at all levels effectively. An Intermediate - Advanced skillset on Microsoft Suite including Excel is required.
