Adelaide Venue Management Corporation (AVM) operates three of Adelaide’s most iconic and commercially successful venues - Adelaide Convention Centre, Adelaide Entertainment Centre and Coopers Stadium.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join AVM’s Procurement and Supply Chain Department, located within the Adelaide Convention Centre.

**The Role**

In this role, you will be accountable for managing all warehouse requirements whilst providing support to the overall Procurement and Supply Chain function.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage receiving, warehousing and distribution functions for the warehouse.
- Inventory control and stock management including transfers, completion of month end stock takes, variance investigation and reporting.
- Timely processing of all delivery receipts and invoices into the inventory management system.
- Warehouse duties including receiving goods, accurately sort and store, allocation of goods and the utilisation of automated equipment (including a forklift).
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and ensuring warehouse and stores are always organised and well presented.
- Liaise with suppliers, drivers, and internal key stakeholders on supply related matters.
- Supervising and delegation of duties to casual warehouse staff.
- Provide support to all procurement and supply chain functions.

**About you**
- Strong knowledge of warehousing, distribution, and inventory.
- Previous experience with inventory management systems.
- Ability to cope with several priorities concurrently.
- Have a professional attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively communicate with other staff members & departments.
- Forklift license - must have a current forklift license and be confident in your ability.
- Team-player, self-starter, reliable and willing to take accountability
