**About the role**

Liebherr Australia is seeking an enthusiastic Warehouse Administrator to join our Remanufacturing team. Reporting to the Group Leader, Remanufacturing Warehouse, the role is responsible for the provision of timely and effective warehouse administrative services to stakeholders

This permanent, 30 hours per week, Part Time opportunity with days / hours to be negotiated, working with the broader Remanufacturing team based at our Head Office in Para Hills West.

**Duties**:

- Efficient and accurate data entry
- Maintain and enter KPI databases on production hours and inventory control
- Active involvement in the continuous improvement of the Warehouse Administrative process.
- Assist regional branches with their requirements
- Accurately and efficiently, receipt cargo from international and domestic suppliers
- Take Stores Toolbox Meeting Minutes - monthly basis
- Preparation of labels and general administration duties
- Processing of internal and external orders
- Processing of timesheets and general office / administrative duties

**Skills & Experience**:

- Certificate IV in Administration would be highly regarded
- Demonstrated Administrative experience
- Sound data entry ability with high level of accuracy
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Previous experience with ERP systems will be highly regarded
- Ability to multi task and prioritise
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and with a high level of attention to detail
