Hays Office Support is delighted to be partnering with Australia's #1 Manufacturer of products utilised in both residential and commercial construction. Located in the Keysborough surrounding area, our client is looking to welcoming a long-term Receptionist and Administrator to their team, initially on a temp basis.
**Your new role**
**_ Your duties and responsibilities include _**
- Providing support to the site manager
- Processing invoices and raising purchase orders
- Liaise with suppliers, coordinating orders, invoices and payment where required
- Maintain office supplies - process stationary orders if necessary
- Maintain office equipment (printer etc)
- Respond to calls received through the general line
- All other adhoc administrative duties
- 100% onsite | full-time hours | Monday to Friday
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience working in an administrative or receptionist position
- Experience working in an administrative position within Manufacturing or logistics would be desired though not essential.
- Confident computer skills. MS Suite (Outlook, MS Word, Excel) or any other office-based system
- Positive attitude and strong team player
- Ability to work full-time hours Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
