**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Reception and Front Desk Management**: Greet and assist visitors, students, and staff in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate department, and provide general information.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including photocopying, filing, data entry, and document preparation. Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for faculty and staff.
- **Student Services Support**: Assist students with general inquiries, registration, and information about college programs. Distribute and collect forms, documents, and other materials related to student services.
- **Facilities Management**: Oversee the maintenance of the reception area and ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming. Report any facility-related issues to the appropriate department.
- **Event Assistance**: Assist in organizing and coordinating college events, workshops, and seminars. Provide support for event logistics, including room setup, catering arrangements, and participant registration.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, phone calls, and other relevant administrative information. Assist in updating and maintaining student and staff databases.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or customer service training is a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred.
- Proficient in using office software (Microsoft Office suite) and basic office equipment.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

**Experience**:
- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
