This is your opportunity to add poise, polish and professionalism to this highly regarded construction company.
Situated within their state of the art head office, you will be be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and maintain a professional and welcoming reception area at all times. You will also be entrusted with the following office administration duties such as (but not limited to):
- manage the day-to-day aspects of the head office
- set up conferences, appointments and meeting rooms;
- monitor the general company inbox;
- sort and distribute incoming mail;
- coordinate outgoing mail and couriers
- be responsible for office-related expenditure (e.g. amenities, office supplies, uniforms);
- manage the administration of company vehicles and uniforms;
- coordinate office design and workspace allocation;
- manage building maintenance matters;
- develop and implement new administrative systems;
- support event and function coordination; and
- ad hoc administrative and executive support (as required).
**Skills and experience we'd love...**
To be considered, you will need to have a minimum of 4 years previous experience as a Receptionist / Office Administrator in a similar role. You will be a self-starter with outstanding organisational skills, a professional manner and strong client service focus.
