**Position overview**:
Strategic thinking with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering solutions to safety-critical industries. Experience in direct and channel-based sales models within med tech industry, particularly in sweat-based drug testing, diagnostics, or workplace safety industries.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Global Sales Strategy Development**:

- Developing and implementing a results-driven global sales strategy to meet annual and long-term revenue targets.
- Identifying opportunities for growth in key regions, including the UK, US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
- Aligning sales plans with corporate goals, ensuring synergy with marketing, product, and operations strategies.

**Revenue Growth**:

- Driving sales performance, including direct sales and distribution channel sales, to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Implementing performance metrics and KPIs to track, analyse, and optimise sales effectiveness across regions.
- Leading pricing, forecasting, and pipeline management for global accounts.

**Market Penetration & Expansion**:

- Overseeing regional expansion efforts to establish IBS as a leader in POC drug testing.
- Partnering with marketing and product teams to adapt sales approaches based on regional needs and competitive analysis.
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory environments, and customer demands in key markets.

**Distributor and Channel Management**:

- Building and managing strong relationships with international distributors, ensuring alignment on growth goals and performance expectations.
- Developing sales enablement programs, including training and incentives, to empower distributor success.
- Continuously evaluating channel performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.

**Team Leadership**:

- Hiring, mentoring, and leading a high-performing global sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Providing leadership and coaching to regional sales managers and teams to ensure consistent performance.
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across product, marketing, and customer success to deliver exceptional client experiences.

**Data-Driven Sales Optimisation**:

- Leveraging CRM tools, sales analytics, and market insights to drive decision-making and strategy refinement.
- Preparing and presenting accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and revenue projections to executive leadership.
- Identifying and removing sales process bottlenecks to streamline operations.

Pay: $170,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- sales in sweat-based drug testing: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)

Work Location: In person
