
Bookkeeper/administrative Assistant

We are currently looking for an experienced person with bookkeeping experience to help in our fast growing renovation company and happy to pay based on experience.
We are a small family owned company and seeking the right person to work along side us long term.
The person we are seeking will be experienced with Xero (Hub Doc would also be an advantage), trust worth, honest and able to work alone or within a team, good communication skills face to face and over the phone
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Account reconciling
- Client invoicing
- Creditor payments
- Answering phone is reception is unattended
This is an in office position 2 days a week to start and could grow into a full time position for the right person.
**References & police clearance will be required**
Position is open now and ready for and immediate start for the right person but we will also wait for the that right person if notice needs to be give to current employers (don't burn bridges)
