**The Opportunity & Requirements**

We have a new opportunity available for a Trainee Administration Assistant to join our busy office based in Canning Vale. This opportunity would suit an individual who is motivated to learn and is proactive.

In this role you will undertake training to provide administrative support for the office, including maintaining files, producing correspondence, telephone enquiries, data entry and more. You will be working under close supervision initially, moving to a more autonomous role during the course of the traineeship.

We love a positive, can-do attitude Along with this, you will need:

- Attend a designated training course one day per week
- Ability to plan and prioritise
- Have a progressive, team oriented approach to problem solving
- High level of customer service skills
- Maturity to deal with confidential matters
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Willingness to learn computer skills and associated software programs
- Organisation and time management skills
- Valid drivers licence required
