About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry and Administration Assistant to join the dynamic team at Ultra Insurance Solutions in Canning Vale, Western Australia. This full-time role is crucial in supporting the efficient operations of our growing insurance business.

What you'll be doing

  • Accurately entering and updating customer data and records in our proprietary software systems
  • Providing general administrative support, including filing, and managing office supplies
  • Assisting with processing incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone enquiries
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail in all your work

What we're looking for

  • Excellent data entry and administrative skills with a high degree of accuracy and speed
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Proven experience in a similar data entry or administrative role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry
  • A proactive, organised, and flexible approach to work with the ability to priorities tasks and work to deadlines
