A maternity leave contract opportunity has arisen within our Business Systems team for a skilled Trainer to support our teams to improve their systems fluency and usage. Read on to find out if this is the next step in your training career.

**The Role - Key Interest Points**:
- **Reports to** our Head of Business Systems who leads a team of high performing professionals focused on ensuring we have the right systems, working in the right way, for the right tasks and with the right end-user training.
- **Meets with diverse stakeholder groups** to assess new business processes or existing processes that need to be optimised.
- **Documents **new and changing business processes.
- **Designs business systems training programs** that incorporate appropriate delivery channels for the content and end user group (i.e. face-to-face, online, virtual classroom).
- **Delivers training** with clarity and enthusiasm.
- **Gathers feedback **to continuously improve learning stickability.
- **Is full-time for a (min) 15-month maternity leave contract** with flexibility to work between our Springvale office and home.
**Here’s what we’re looking for**:
- **A verifiable track record of developing and delivering technical and business systems training **across an organisation.
- **A qualification in workplace training assessment**:Minimum Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent industry experience.
- **Advanced MS Office skills. **We assume you will also know your way around various enterprise systems. We use Baseplan - any experience with this particular system would be a "nice to have".
- **High adaptive and co-operative approach **to achieving objectives through both teamwork and individual contribution.
- **The ability to travel interstate**, as required.
