With continued success and expansion, Nepean Boltmaster is seeking a motivated and ambitious business leader with a proven track record in business management to take on this Manager position at its Springvale store.

**About the Company**:
Nepean Boltmaster is your complete fastening system supplier and boasts one of the largest range of fasteners and associated products, not only in the region but throughout Australia.

Nepean Boltmaster provides “total needs sourcing packages” for all trades associated with the construction, engineering, and associated industry segments.

They form part of the Synergy Construction and Industrial Supply Group, a division of Metal Manufacturers (MM). MM through MM Electrical Merchandising (an Australian leader in the electrical wholesale industry, with brands including AWM, Haymans, TLE and D&W) and Synergy Construction and Industrial Group have over 300 stores and are experiencing significant growth.

**The Role**:
The Business Manager role is a true leadership position, responsible for all aspects of running a fastener, construction and industrial supply wholesaling and retail business, including strategy, finance, sales, operations, and people management. With an uncapped profit share scheme, you will be rewarded for your effort and treat this business as your own.

This is a full-time permanent role based in Springvale, VIC.

Work hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm, no Saturdays.

**Reporting to the Regional General Manager, responsibilities include**:

- Developing and implementing strategies to increase profitability and grow revenue and market share. (This role will have a strong emphasis on sales.)
- Leading, training, and developing your team to achieve measurable results.
- Working closely with key customers and suppliers to develop and maintain strong and effective relationships.
- Managing systems and procedures to ensure the efficiency of operations.

To be successful, you will be a confident and strong leader with an aptitude for maximizing sales performance, profitability, and growth in a dynamic and competitive environment.

**To be successful in this role**:

- Must be an Australian / New Zealand resident or citizen. Sponsorship is not offered for this role. (No temporary visas, unfortunately)
- Strong LOCAL knowledge of the industrial supply market with a focus on fasteners and associated products
- Vision, drive, and the ability to think outside the square.
- Exceptional customer focus and a flair for sales/business development with a strong sales background
- Leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a background in management or business management.
- A confident and strong leader with an aptitude for maximising sales performance, profitability, and growth, in a dynamic and competitive environment.
- Strong computer systems and data analysis skills, including the use of Microsoft Office
