- The company customer base encompasses some of the largest companies in the family entertainment industry but also includes smaller businesses and individual consumers.
**About You**
- With a background in sales and customer service, you're now looking to invest in a company who will invest in you. You possess an innate hunger to learn and advance your skills and knowledge, both personally and professionally.
- You have strong communication skills both written and verbal and are skilled in engaging with the wide range of customers from general consumers to corporates. You will be highly relational. When it comes to looking after customers, you’re the first to ask about a customer’s needs before you make a recommendation. What also sets you apart is your natural ability to empathise and listen to others, whether colleagues or customers.
- Your data-driven mindset and attention to finer details has helped you perform well in your role and you also have a healthy interest in arcade games and all things amusements related
- You are a fast learner and have a strong sense of urgency
- You are well organised, solutions focused and energetic.
- You have a good understanding of CRM systems.
- You work in an environment that has inventory controlled via an ERP
**About the Role**
Directly supporting the Sales function, you’ll get to:
- Welcome customers in the showroom, ensuring the space is immaculately presented and machines are running smoothly for an exceptional customer experience.
- Learn about the variety of games and machines by monitoring stock movement and input data into the CRM to track sales activities, trends, patterns and customer behaviour.
- Support the administration, communication and success drivers of Corporate projects.
Additionally, you will:
- Follow up leads within CRM
- Keep customers informed of availability of units
- Navigate the customer through the various options available
- Inform customers of new products being released
- Migrate CRM leads into customer orders
- Create customer product and specification documents for the warehouse.
- Once you’ve immersed yourself in the brand, industry and product, you’ll then coordinate and advise stores and business to ensure a fantastic user experience and increase conversions.
**Selection Criteria**
To be successful for this opportunity, you’ll bring:
- Experience in a sales or senior customer service role.
- Have strong CRM system experience and the conversion of those leads through to a job or sales order within an ERP system.
- Strong communication, administrative and organisational skills
- Have good understanding of pricing, margin calculations and preparing a quote.
- A keen interest in amusement, pinball and arcade games will certainly help

Pay: $70,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
