Ongoing growth presents us with an exciting opportunity to welcome a motivated, **customer service professional** to join our **Customer Solutions Team**.

**What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day**:

- Be the **first point of contact** for customer phone enquiries nationwide
- Handle **inbound calls** including orders, product enquiries, quotes, service requests, and problem solving
- Maintain and update our **CRM system** with accuracy
- Identify **trends in customer issues** and recommend solutions to address root causes
- Provide feedback to support **continuous improvement** within the team
- Work hours **Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm**

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous **customer service experience**, ideally in an industrial or commercial contact centre environment
- **Excellent communication and phone manners**:

- Intermediate computer literacy, including **CRM systems and MS Office Suite**:

- High attention to detail, accuracy, and a solutions-focused approach
