What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Operations Manager at Asian Pantry, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities include:

- Packing orders with accuracy and care to ensure customers receive exactly what they ordered.
- Managing inventory, including stock organisation, labelling, and tracking.
- Operating forklifts (if licensed) an walkie stacker to move and organise stock efficiently.
- Providing exceptional customer service when interacting with customers or addressing inquiries.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
- Supporting other team members and contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.

What We’re Looking For:
We need someone who:

- Has experience in warehouse operations and understands the importance of attention to detail.
- Is skilled in packing and inventory control, with strong organisational abilities.
- Can operate a forklift (or is willing to get licensed).
- Understands the basics of inventory management and warehouse safety regulations.
- Is physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects when needed.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
