**About the Role**

Working in a small, but hardworking team you will be play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of our spare parts division Monday to Friday, through:

- Entering and maintaining data within ERP System for Sales, Purchases and Inventory Management to ensure everyone is kept updated and quality is maintained
- Coordinating all parts and amusement game freight and logístical requirements of the business including local and interstate deliveries
- Receiving and dispatching parts, amusement games and consumables
- Supporting the management team to drive revenue and manage expenditure and provide insight and suggestions on ad hoc business improvement projects
- Delivering exceptional customer service to our customers and setting benchmarks in service delivery for our business

**About You**

As well as a fantastic attitude and willingness to learn, we’re hoping you’ll bring:

- Experience in a similar role and industry at coordinator level
- Fast and accurate data entry skills and experience using ERP systems
- Excellent written and spoken English
- The right to live and work in Australia
- Please note the successful applicant will be required to provide a Police Check prior to commencing.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
