**About the role**
The purpose and focus of this role is to provide administration support to members of the Investment team. As a Team Assistant, you are responsible for supporting the Investment Front Office leadership team including providing support to their respective teams.
The Team Assistant role will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
- Administrative support to members of the Front office team.
- Diary management - proactive management of diaries (internal and external meetings), co-ordinate virtual, in-person meetings, events,
- Draft agendas, record minutes, and create documents for meetings.
- Travel management - inclusive of flights, transfers, visas, itineraries, and accommodation bookings, ensuring costs effectiveness,
- Expense management - reconciliation of all Heads of and their team’s monthly corporate card expenses,
- Support the on boarding of new staff and ensuring new staff are taken through the induction process, arrange for physical access.
For your success, you will need the following attributes including previous experience in a similar varied support role, ideally in a services or finance environment including an understanding of administrative functions and office practices (diary, travel and cost centre management, journal preparation and invoicing).
You have flexibility in approach and attitude, willing to assist wherever needed to achieve the goals of the team, office and Cbus to be successful whilst maintaining the strictest of confidence and ability to handle confidential information.
You will need the ability to liaise at all levels with directors, executive management, employees and externally with other organisations.
