**The opportunity**

We’re all here to help deliver great retirement outcomes for our members. Your role supports UniSuper doing this by being a part of UniSuper’s specialised internal investment team focused on managing UniSuper’s investment strategy, fund managers and investment advisors, particularly in relation to the property asset class.

Your role supports UniSuper doing this by:

- Assisting the team in ensuring that the Property portfolio continues to meet its respective performance benchmark
- Assisting in the timely implementation of all investment and asset management initiatives within the Property portfolio
- Effective management of all aspects of the investment arrangements and stakeholder relationship management in relation to the Property portfolio
- Building and maintaining databases to monitor the portfolios and verify performance calculations
- Undertaking financial analysis to support commercial due diligence in respect to investment acquisition and divestment opportunities
- Coordinating the Property sector market research and ongoing monitoring

**What capabilities will set you up for success**

We are looking for an individual who has worked in a fast moving transformation environment and is comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity. Besides, you will bring:

- Relevant experience gained in either investment management, analysis, advice and/or asset management within the Property asset class
- Minimum 3 years practical experience in the Property sector
- A sound knowledge of the Australian property industry, including its participants, key markets and structure
- Proven analytical ability and technical competence
- Well-developed project management and organisational capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate at all levels within an organisation
- Investment analysis and/or research experience within financial markets
- Hands-on experience in developing and analysing financial models
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
