The Opportunity

This is an exciting part time, permanent opportunity, providing administrative support to the wider Investments department. Working closely with the EA to the CIO, this person will be working very close and in collaboration with other Personal Assistants and relevant business units.
- Provide administrative support to the Investment team
- Provide transparency to the concierge and Investment support team by advising all meetings for the next day the evening prior.
- Coordination of domestic travel arrangements for the Investment team.
- Coordination of international travel arrangements for the Investment team
- Assist with ensuring expenses are entered correctly into the UniSuper expenditure management systems in a timely manner.
- Collect investment mail daily and distribute accordingly in a timely manner.
- Ordering investment provisions, including but not limited to business cards, stationery and catering.
- Set-up/clean-up of meeting rooms (providing water, tea, coffee for guests) for investment meetings, including greeting guests and ushering them to the meeting room. Assist as required to ensure investment related payments are correct and passed onto the EA to the CIO in a timely manner

About you
- Excellent organisational skills including an ability to set priorities and work to deadlines.
- Outstanding oral and written communication.
- Exemplary interpersonal and team-building skills.
- Sound information technology skills including advanced Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- An ability to work within a commercially sensitive environment and maintain confidentiality.
- An ability to liaise in a professional manner with senior management and staff within UniSuper and external organisations.
- Experience in funds management would be an advantage.
- Sound experience with online web hosting platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex etc. Ensuring you have a positive can-do attitude to the multiple and varying tasks that will come your way.
