**The opportunity**

We’re all here to help deliver greater retirement outcomes for our members. You will help us achieve results by providing administrative support within the Investments team, which is responsible for the efficient management of the Fund’s assets. You will also work closely with the EA to the CIO and both Personal Assistants, Investments (PA, Investments) within the Investment team whilst liaising with other business units as required. This is a 12 month Melbourne based opportunity

Sone of the key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating of diaries, monitoring appointment schedules, and booking meetings including booking an appropriate meeting room; Prioritising phone calls required/requested;
- Coordinating of all investment broker meetings and conference/seminar attendance;
- Provide transparency to the concierge and Investment support team by advising all meetings for the next day the evening prior.
- Coordination of domestic travel arrangements for the Investment team..
- Assist with ensuring expenses are entered correctly into the UniSuper expenditure management systems in a timely manner.
- Maintain the InvestmentsAdmin, InvestmentsReports and other relevant mailboxes including other electronic and hard copy filing (including archiving) as required.

**About you**

We are looking for an individual who has worked in fast moving transformation environment and is comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity. To excel in this your you will have:

- Outstanding organisational skills including an ability to set priorities and work to deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication paired with exemplary interpersonal and team-building skills.
- Intermediate MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- An ability to liaise in a professional manner with senior management and staff within UniSuper and external organisations.
