The opportunity:This role sits within the Investment Operations team and as the Investment Products Analyst , you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and supporting the smooth administration of a diverse range of investment assets.

Investment Operations is responsible for asset related processes across the Netwealth platform such as, corporate actions, in-specie transfers, international and domestic settlements, managed accounts processing, income processing, taxation, annual tax statements and asset administration.

What you'll do:

• Manage asset approvals, pricing data, and platform updates
• Liaise with internal teams, fund managers, and advisers
• Support the Investor Rewards Program and illiquid asset administration
• Contribute to system enhancements and user testing
• Respond to queries with accuracy and professionalism

What you'll bring:

• 2+ years' experience in financial services
• Knowledge of ASX securities, managed funds, bonds, and unlisted assets
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Attention to detail and excellent time management
• Experience with IDPS & Superannuation platforms (highly regarded)
