**The opportunity**
As a result of growth and increased workload, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Investments team We foster a strong team environment that prides itself on supporting one another to achieve quality outcomes for our members. You will be a key contributor reporting to the Executive Assistant and will play an active role in planning activities and providing administrative support to our high performing Investments team. In this dynamic role, you’ll have an opportunity to lean into your resourcefulness and proactive approach when managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
You will add value by supporting the Investments team with the following tasks:
- Coordinate team meetings including associated documentation and planning
- Assist with preparation of board and committee papers
- Prepare presentations for internal and external purposes
- Support the Investments Operations team which could involve booking travel, producing agendas, taking minutes, reconciling data and generating reports
- Assist with management of due diligence records and documentation across the Investment program including manager reporting and procedure documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the broader Investments team
**What you’ll bring**
This is a great opportunity for an efficient coordinator with a strong administrative and customer centric background. Strong written and verbal communication skills, an ability to manage multiple priorities as well as a team player mentality are essential to thriving in this fast-paced role.
Additionally, the successful applicant will be a self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude and possess the following skills:
- Professional experience in financial services (investments experience highly regarded) or willingness to learn about superannuation products and services
- Confident and professional phone manner with proven customer service or office administration experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to connect and develop good relationships
- Proven organisational and time management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
