**About the role
**Driving online sales and online growth is a key component for the Ecomm Trade team. Your role will be to support this growth by:

- Responding to ad-hoc analytical requests from internal stakeholders
- Reporting on Online Sales Events
- Responsible for providing deep-dives into events and providing insights to drive incremental sales and optimise events
- Working closely with Replenishment and Planning teams to forecast future demand and Hub Store sourcing plan
- GP and Basket analysis by channel, creating actionable insights to improve rates
- Developing and maintaining supplier reporting with the support of our internal Analytics and Reporting team
- Assisting in developing and maintaining Value Creation and Ecomm Category plans
- Creating and optimisating the success metrics to measure new initiatives and find areas of opportunity
- Providing thought leadership to other analysts in the team on digital measurement and analytics techniques
- Freight review and how to maximise
- Directly support the Ecomm trading teams during Christmas peak workloads

**About you
- Your previous retail experience coupled with your ability to problem solve and build relationships will see you successful in this role You will also be able to demonstrate the following:

- Advanced Excel skills
- Previous experience in a retail store operational role, commercial role, or planning
- A customer 1st mindset - using data to drive actionable changes/improvements with the customer in mind
- Refined stakeholder management experience
