**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will be a digital natural, ready to bring our online offering to life through the execution of online content that inspires customers. You’ll have strong written and communication skills, have an amazing eye for details, and be looking for an entry level role to launch your career in the digital space. The Digital Experience & Content Coordinator brings the BIG W digital offer to life through the execution of content that inspires customers, driving customer conversion and sales growth.

**The Role**
As a Content Coordinator for BIG W X, you will be responsible for managing the integrity of all online content for products.

The day to day role will require you to:

- Produce digital product content that is inspiring, accurate and supports brand principles and SEO principles;
- Source product details (including title, description, imagery, features and benefits) from our Commercial team and suppliers;
- Manage the data flow and product entry for products into our product database, and onto the website;
- Partner with our Marketing Content Producers to manage the process of product samples for photography, and maintain accurate image flow;
- Partner with our legal and compliance teams to understand consumer laws in relation to content, and to ensure our online content meets those requirements;
- Be the digital representative in post implementation reviews and range health check meetings;
- Understand and work within disciplined ways of working to ensure timelines are met, stakeholders are engaged appropriately and processes are efficient and effective.

BIG W is currently offering this role as a 12 month fixed term position, with potential opportunities to extend towards the end of the contract.
