**About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Pricing Analyst to join the Woolworths At Work B2B Business. In this role, you will work closely with teams across the broader Woolworths At Work Tribe, including Sales, Bid Management, Marketing and Business Operations. You will play a key role in setting up the commercial deal strategy and understanding the customer’s commercial performance.

Key Accountabilities
- Implements the product pricing strategy in bids and tenders
- Understands price index relative to the competitor set
- Own the development of commercial incentives on a deal-by-deal basis as required
- Identify value for the customer and quantify this in a tangible way
- Constructs the customer P&L view to make sound commercial decisions and communicate to stakeholders
- Communicates and coaches the sales team on the pricing and commercial strategy
- Works with the onboarding team, ensuring all relevant customer pricing data is entered into the system
- Maintains the product matching database and conducts the product matching process, auditing and process improvement
- Supports ad hoc commercial analysis across the Tribe when required
- Participates in optimisation activities across the Tribe when required

**About You
- At least 2 years experience in an analyst role within Pricing, Sales, Finance or similar, preferably with exposure to B2B, large retail or wholesale businesses
- Strong analytical skills, with proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or a related field
- Adaptable, collaborative, high attention to detail, improvement oriented
- Able to manage conflicting priorities and changing deadlines
