Growth Marketing Manager

**Growth Manager | BWS**
- **12 month FTC with one of Australia's leading brands (potential for extension)**:

**What you’ll do**:
As the Growth Manager you will support the BWS Marketing team in bringing the brand to life by developing & executing large scale digital marketing campaigns that drive app engagement, brand engagement, customer advocacy and attract new customers to BWS.

**Main Accountabilities**:

- Lead the BWS customer growth agenda, utilising the BWS ecosystem end to end;
- Development of the BWS App strategy and roadmap that builds our addressable audience and ongoing utility of our app, whilst delivering an Unboring brand experience;
- Development of the BWS Acquisition strategy and support the implementation of all acquisition initiatives in the marketing plan;
- Cross functional Project Management of the annual Cooler refresh, including agency and EDX workstreams Competition management (eg. T&Cs, Draw engine, in store redemption) and non-product fulfilment for any acquisition initiatives;
- Execute flagship customer acquisition campaigns, app engagement, brand campaigns and activations including creative development and comms plans;
- Work closely with technology, media and production, 3rd party vendors, Endeavour X and gamification squads whom work in agile rhythms;
- Assist with varied projects within the marketing portfolio including marketing, brand, advertising, in store, media and communications;
- Manage stakeholders across various channel working groups, responsible for delivering key milestones on-time, budgets & project execution; and
- Work closely with the operations team to leverage our store network of over 9,000 team members and mobilise them to drive app acquisition through in store promotions and incentives.

**Your background**:

- 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Retail / FMCG experience preferred
- Digital Marketing experience preferred
- Experience working in a fast paced corporate environment
- Experience working with CRM, ecomm, social, search,media & creative agencies (internal and external)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience working on successful digital campaigns
- Passion for success, team and brand
- Proven ability to solve problems in a timely manner
- Experience in managing agencies including briefs
- Experience in presenting to a number of internal and external stakeholders
