**The future is YOU**

As a Data and Analytics Graduate, you’ll be at the forefront of analytics, leveraging rich datasets and cutting edge technology to partner with stakeholders on a range of key projects and initiatives. Through guided rotations across our Data & Analytics teams you’ll utilise advanced analytical and visualisation techniques to provide ad hoc reporting and insights to the business. You’ll support the production and maintenance of analytical tools and use these to formulate data-driven solutions for teams across Endeavour Group. You’ll support the development of Data Science Products to enhance our customer value proposition and optimise the efficiency of the organisation. Reporting to a Senior Analyst or Lead within the team, you’ll learn how to operate in an Agile way of working and support a variety of functional squads. You’ll also have the opportunity to present your data and analysis to key stakeholders, utilising storytelling to influence decisions and outcomes.

**What some of your day-to-day responsibilities might look like**
- Design, construct, test and maintain scalable analytic tools.
- Produce data, analytics and insights from various data sources.
- Provide ongoing and ad hoc reporting, analysis and insights for key business decision making
- Establish credible relationships with peers, business stakeholders and third-party vendors.

**What you’ll gain from the program**

**What you’ll need to bring**
- Completed tertiary qualifications in a relevant field within the last two years
- An interest in a retail, hospitality or FMCG environment
- Evidence of your self-motivation and proactivity for instance, involvement in extracurricular activities during you tertiary studies
