**About the Opportunity**
- The primary purpose of this role is to support the analysis of available data to assist and enable the creation of quality Risk & Protection data & insights for Endeavour Business Leaders.
- The data analysis and insights generated will support the development of initiatives & strategies to minimise business losses, and mitigate against risks of criminal activity and incidents impacting team member wellbeing.
- A day in the life of a Risk & Protection Analyst at Endeavour
- Support the National Risk and Protection Data and Insights Manager in providing fit-for-purpose Loss Prevention / Shrinkage reports that identify exception based, actionable insights for Operations Leaders and other business leaders.
- Support the National Risk and Protection Data and Insights Manager to produce regular Endeavour Leadership Team updates (monthly / quarterly) on behalf of the function to provide information on shrinkage, criminal activity, and team member risk incidents, including progress with any strategic initiatives.
- Assist with the development and implementation of Risk & Protection strategies, based on data & insight opportunities to drive business improvement & cost savings
- Collaborate with the broader Risk, Protection, and Customer Hub team, and where required the Endeavour Data & Analytics team to seek specific datasets in support of a specific objective or initiative
- Collaborate with Endeavour Care & Wellbeing and Endeavour Data & Analytics teams to seek specific datasets in support of the production of fit-for-purpose critical incident reporting
- Support National Risk and Protection Managers from each stream in the preparation of regular updates and reporting packs as required.
- Collaborate with Risk and Protection functional streams and Business Operations Support teams to investigate store procedural anomalies in an effort to reduce loss or improve efficiency. Collaborate to introduce revised procedures as required.

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Thorough understanding of Endeavour Group POS and store inventory management systems.
- Intermediate - advanced skills utilising Endeavour systems (Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Google Looker Studio, Tableau etc).
- Proficient in presenting data in various forms for presentations (Google Slides)
- Commercial acumen - ability to analyse and interpret various data points relating to Risk and Protection, and develop insights
- Analytical approach that interprets reports and develops insights.
- Demonstrated time / task management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
