**About the Role**
The Lifecycle Lead is responsible for the development and execution of Dan Murphy’s multi-channel 121 marketing campaigns and initiatives. Acting as a liaison between Dan’s marketing, merch, ecomm, personalisation squads and Loyalty to ensure alignment of business objectives and squad roadmaps to deliver prioritised initiatives, as well as report and showcase performance. This is a 6 month contract with possibiliy to extend.

Partnering into both Functional Teams and Agile Squads, you will lead and own the lifecycle strategy for a set cohort as well as monitor and optimise based on key customer base health metrics such as shopping frequency, churn, share of wallet and engagement. This is about making our data driven channels work cohesively to deliver a segment based experience that will evolve to a true 1:1 personalised experience as we progress on our tech roadmap.

**Reporting to the 121 and Lifecycle Senior Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Deliver customer lifecycle program/contact strategy specific to customer segments that is continually optimised based on customer insights.
- Development and maintenance of an overarching customer contact plan across owned, 121 and paid channels as appropriate.
- Promote best practice use for 121 marketing across the wider business to understand where 121 comms are best positioned to deliver on business objectives.
- Work with agile squads on capability/data requirements to support the delivery of the strategy
- Have insights-led approach. Ensure all decisions and recommendations are based on quantitative or qualitative insights.
- Reporting program outcomes to the Merchandise, Loyalty and wider Marketing teams to outline work delivered, results and learnings. Share requirements of them for program enhancements eg. offers.
- This role can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.

**About You**
Your ability to work well under pressure, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of programs & initiatives through multiple platforms, and your strong desire/motivation to ‘test and learn’ to drive continuous improvement in the programs you manage, will be critical to your success in this role.

**In addition you will have**:

- Experience working with large-scale customer databases and/or complex data
- Experience working with innovative retail marketing teams with a strong focus on bringing the brand to life through creative execution
- Demonstrated capability in receiving and understanding customer insight and translating this into materially improved customer satisfaction and business outcomes
- Working knowledge of digital marketing
- Self-starter with high levels of curiosity, drive for innovation, and a strong eye for detail
- Can-do attitude, with a track record of multitasking to deliver high quality outcomes in a timely manner.
