**The Opportunity**

The Enterprise Technology Delivery Leader is responsible for managing the delivery of prioritised technology initiatives across the Enterprise Program via Medibank’s technology teams. This role is part of the Enterprise Delivery team within Enterprise Digital and partners closely with Program Managers, Product Managers and Iteration Managers across technology and business teams to ensure technology initiatives are managed end-to-end from early-stage scoping through to release. This includes designing and running fit for purpose agile cadences to ensure work is scoped (and groomed by product managers), planned, and resourced appropriately, as well as managing delivery operations such as financial tracking for technology teams leveraging agile tooling for teams, managing risks, issues dependencies and monitoring / reporting on key delivery metrics.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:
**Technology Program Delivery**
- Accountable for leading the agile delivery of technology initiatives involving technology teams, to facilitate teams from planning early-stage scoping, through discovery, solution shaping and release planning, collaborating with Product Managers, Program Delivery managers, and leads from Design, Engineering and across other technology teams.
- Partner with Program Delivery Managers, product managers and Delivery Leads across multiple technology teams and other business stakeholders as required to facilitate and enable cross-functional agile delivery at scale - including leading PI/Quarterly Planning for technology teams and the associated agile cadences.
- Facilitate technology teams’ preparation and execution of quarterly planning and run agile cadences to facilitate execution of quarterly sprint plans across technology teams to meet OKRs for the quarter aligned to financial year outcomes.

**Agile Practise & People Leadership**
- Directly lead, coach, and develop the Release Train Engineers to ensure modern agile delivery practises are established and embedded across all technology teams.
- Provide on-going coaching to all technology teams on agility best practise and drive a culture of continuous improvement to positively influence team culture, build engagement, morale and support the overall health, happiness, and performance of the teams.
- Establish, embed, and continuously improve the tooling for technology teams to effectively manage their backlog and agile delivery.

**Stakeholder engagement & communication**
- Accountable for proactive engagement of technology teams, and other key leads across both Enterprise Digital and the business to ensure the technology program, including priorities of deliverables and delivery plans are always communicated and transparent.

**About You**

You possess extensive experience working as a program delivery leader within an enterprise cross-functional agile delivery team and in enterprise agile program management of significant investment (~$30m-$60m). You also demonstrate experience leading agile ‘teams of teams’ such as Agile Release Trains, ‘Tribes’ or other variants of scaled agile as well as leading ‘PI Planning’ or similar events to enable large, cross-functional teams to collaboratively create quarterly delivery plans across large and complex programs of work.

You’re able to demonstrate exceptional people leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, the ability to deliver strong results and ensure information is effectively communicated to key stakeholders and actioned, along with being a creative thinker, the ability to think laterally and always remain focused on the best solutions for customers.

You are collaborative and adaptive to working across multiple departments and understanding differentiated needs and you’re able to seamlessly manage senior stakeholder relationships, negotiate and influence including the ability to balance and manage diverse and conflicting stakeholder interests.
