**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a Change Manager to join our team and support one of our larger Cybersecurity projects. In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing change management plans to ensure that changes to people, processes, and technology are fully adopted, embedded, and sustained across the business. The role will also work closely with business teams to ensure that change is delivered in a hands-on and strategic manner.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and oversee project change planning and deployment to ensure timely execution and delivery of objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of the project/program change plan.
- Coach the project team, leadership team, and relevant stakeholders to help them fulfill their role in the successful delivery of change.
- Identify stakeholders affected by change and identify the most appropriate channels for stakeholder engagement.
- Develop change strategy and plan for the project(s) assigned to.
- Identify and manage project change risks and dependencies.
- Support the Enterprise Change Manager/Program Change Managers with the development and maintenance of a 12-month rolling forecast of program and project delivery, and associated change impacts across the Enterprise Portfolio.
- Provide monthly program and project change health reporting to call out status, dependencies, issues, risks, etc.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- 5+ years of experience in change management, preferably in a project delivery environment.
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Prince2, or PMBOK.
- Any working knowledge of change management methodologies such as ADKAR, PROSCI, or Kotter would be great but not essential
- Experience in all levels of stakeholder management.
- Experience/knowledge of Agile project delivery methodology (preferred).
- Any knowledge/experience in Cybersecurity would be beneficial but not essential
