In this permanent full-time role, reporting to the Senior P&C Business Partner/Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for HR advice, guidance and support to meet the needs of the business. Acting as a trusted advisor to our aged care, disability, and corporate portfolios, this role will see you build and maintain both strategic and credible relationships across the businesses.

**_ The role will provide you an opportunity to:_**
- Manage pre-employment checks, facilitate the onboarding process and update the payroll system with new hire details.
- Manage documentation related to change of employment conditions and reimbursements.
- Take ownership of the offboarding process, including acceptance of resignations, payrun updates, and conducting exit interviews.
- Generate HR reports, Board reports, milestone reports etc, in a timely and accurate manner
- Triage enquiries in the HR and Careers inbox
- Influence and guide on improvement of employee engagement and employee retention rates

**_ Some key requirements of the role are _**
- Demonstrated recruitment experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources/Industrial Relations or related field
- An interest in Australian IR framework and employment (and associated) legislation
- Highly developed statistical/analytical skills
- Knowledge/experience with HR/Payroll systems
