**Our Opportunity**
We require proactive HR Officers who can provide effective and efficient HR support to our operational sites and HR Services Team through our Regional Service Delivery Model. This diverse and varied position will see you doing everything from HR administration support to managing HR information and communicating HR data to the broader business across multiple locations. You will also have the opportunity to participate in HR Projects designed for business improvements coupled with exposure to remuneration and benefits programs.
Due to business expansion, we have positions available in the team. These positions can be based in our Subiaco Office in Perth with flexible and remote working arrangements or fully remote from other locations across Australia. You will need to have a professional workspace and a reliable internet connection to work remotely.
**The role will include**:
- Efficient and accurate execution of HR Administration duties, which will include tasks related to data entry into CORE (SucessFactors), producing a variety of employment contracts and employee letters, managing personnel files, processing employment changes in line with payroll deadlines and ensuring accurate and timely actioning of requests with the goal of elevating the people experience;
- Supporting the management of organisational charts and HR reporting utilising SAP, CORE (SuccessFactors) and other company systems;
- Making an impact to Business Improvement initiatives through regular analysis of HR services and identifying opportunities for improvement along with involvement in HR related business improvement projects to allow for greater efficiency;
- The provision of confidential advice on HR related policies, procedures and guidelines with the support of our wider HR team.
**About you**:
- Previous experience in a similar position and working with SuccessFactors and/or SAP will be highly regarded;
- You have the capability to recognise and respond appropriately to issues and situations requiring confidentiality or professional discretion;
- You are passionate about people and elevating the people experience with the ability to engage and relate positively and diplomatically to our customer base;
- You take pride in your work, with an eye for detail to ensure all administrative tasks and record keeping is of a high quality;
- Your high level of attention to detail, planning and organisational skills will be the key to your success in this role.
