Temporary HR Officer opportunity

**Your new role**

Your new role as HR Officer is to provide support in the People services team. The role comprises generalist HR functions such as information management, recruitment, onboarding, performance management processes, off boarding as well as people services functions such as learning and development, feedback/ evaluation, rewards & recognition, and internal communications to staff. There is a significant administration component to this role with the opportunity to build and consolidate human resources generalist functions and people services skills.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Ideally, you will hold a relevant qualification in Human Resources or Business, and/or experience within a multidisciplinary and complex work environment. You must be able to demonstrate a high level of written and verbal communication skills and be able to problem-solve and handle difficult situations. You'll have administrative experience and be able to meet deadlines. Knowledge of industrial relations legislation, as well as WHS and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements is also desirable.
