EQUANS currently has the opportunity for a Service Support Administrator to join the team in our Silverwater office based in NSW. The role would suit someone with an Administrative/Call Centre background and with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
The responsibility of the OSC Service Support Administrator includes
- All contract creations, updates, amendments, rate increases and cancellations in Pronto
- Managing Contract CPI increases and Call Out Labour Rate Increases
- Major Contract Reviews - Analysing contract financials and labour efficiencies
- Managing communications and processes with the national AH call centre
- The first point of contact for national contract invoice rejections and resolving issues to get invoices paid
- Generating all National customer preventative maintenance (PM) calls in Pronto.
- Generating all National contract invoicing in Pronto.
- Allocating WO/PO’s to generated national customer PM calls
- Issuing D&C attendance requests from National customers to the branches to action
- Running AW DCKT reports, Vetting and Invoicing all national contract repair (CO/QU) calls sitting at AW DCKT
- And other duties as required
- Experience with the Pronto Xi highly desirable
- Superior organisational skills and attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Previous experience in a fast-paced administration role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven aptitude for managing competing priorities with successful deliverables
- Ability to maintain high standards of customer service in a high-pressure environment
