Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Administration Assistant located in Silverwater, NSW. The Sales Administration Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing orders, processing quotes, providing customer service, and ensuring a high level of accuracy in all operations. In addition, the role requires effective communication with clients and the internal team to maintain seamless operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Order Management and Invoicing
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • High Level of Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work on-site in Silverwater, NSW
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software
  • Experience in a sales or administrative support role is preferred
