**The Role**:
As the company continues to grow and expand, we are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in a full time role working in office. This role will be pivotal in supporting the Engineering and Services Team to ensure seamless operations and the delivery of superior products and services to our clientele.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Handling administrative tasks such as processing orders, quotes, and proposals..
- Engaging with customers to address inquiries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction across various channels.
- Communicating with internal employees, external customers, and contractors to facilitate everyday operations.
- Managing billing processes, including software subscriptions and annual services.
- Overseeing database and contact management.
- Managing documentation efficiently.

How to Apply:
**Salary**: From $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Silverwater, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
