Accounts receivable duties include:

  • payments allocations, banking reconciliations, statements, following up unpaid accounts, taking credit card payments, using Sage Evolution software, answering calls, opening/closing files and other administrative duties.
  • Preferred 3+ years experience in accounts receivable.

Customer Service Support duties include:

  • liaising with customers & answering their enquiries, missing orders, stock maintenance, setting up new & closing old accounts, liaising with Managers, drivers & staff, customer emails, maintaining current customer information and other duties as may be required.
  • Preferred 1-2 years customer service experience.
